A Safe Space for Men to Heal, Speak, and Build
MISSION STATEMENT
To create a safe, judgment-free, culturally grounded space for men to express emotion, explore identity, and grow into the healthiest versions of
themselves—mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and relationally.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE OVERVIEW

• Don’t Make It Weird, Inc. (Mental Health Advocacy & Community Healing)
Target Audience:
Men ages 16 and up—athletes, fathers, young professionals, husbands, students, and brothers from all walks of life.
Session Cadence:
• Held on the second Saturday of each month
• 90-minute in-person sessions
• Time: 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM
• Location: Don’t Make It Weird
