SUMMARY:Self-Esteem: A Workshop For Teen Girls
DESCRIPTION:Join Us on Tuesdays October 7th – December 16th from 5:00pm – 6:30pm as we work through “The Self-Esteem Workbook For Teens” by Lisa M. Schab\, LCSW together. \nThis FREE ten-week session is geared towards teen girls in 6th-12th grade and is limited to 10 participants. Workbooks are included free to participants. \nIncludes practical exercises to help young women: \n\nDeal with body image issues\nBe more assertive and set boundaries with others\nNavigate difficult social situations – bullying\, cyberbullying\, & social media overload.\n\n“You’ll learn to develop a healthy\, realistic view of yourself that includes honest assessments of your weaknesses and strengths.” – Lisa M.
