DESCRIPTION:Weekly “Emotions Anonymous” meetings on Wednesday evenings. EA consists of emotional support for anger\, depression\, grief\, anxiety\, and other emotional struggles. EA was founded in 1971\, involves group meetings\, and applies a 12-step approach adapted from Alcoholics Anonymous to help with emotional challenges.
